Commercial Solar Panels

Strengthen your organisation's resilience with the power of solar energy

Turn the roof of your premises into a profitable space with a commercial solar PV system.

From a small industrial unit or retail space to a large factory, campus, office block or complete business park your company can benefit in multiple ways from harnessing the power of solar energy. Ever increasing energy costs can make a solar panel installation a very attractive prospect, acting as a superb investment that can pay dividends for your organisation for many years ahead.

If you’re looking for ways to save money on utility bills, provide a secure electricity supply and enhance the clean energy credentials of your business, the team at Essential Solar have the expertise and experience to take your establishment into a renewable energy future.

Enjoy significant financial savings and gains with commercial solar

As most businesses operate during daylight hours (typically 8am-6pm), installing commercial solar panels can bring rewards in terms of saving money and peace of mind from a guaranteed electricity supply.

Over the last 15 years we have installed commercial solar panels in a wide variety of settings. While every project project is unique in its challenges a general criteria would need to include a decent amount of roof space (with the roof infrastructure in safe, watertight condition) or plot of land, an intention to occupy the premises for a minimum of ten years and space to accommodate ancillary items).

The client should either own the freehold or have a lease on the property for the duration of the project. In the majority of cases a commercial solar panel installation will adequately pay for itself over its lifetime and can be financeable if required.

Based on current (2023) costs incurred during an installation a commercial solar PV system can be expected to deliver electricity at a rate of approximately 5p per kWh (this figure would also include maintenance and operations costs), when compared with the supplied rate of 31p per kWh from the grid (July 2023). As a general rule an organisation can enjoy a positive cash flow within 24-36 months when the project is financed by the client.
